Is it possible to buy a perpetual licence for Groupion?
No. Groupion is only offered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). This model dos not only preserve our customer's IT budgets, as the license fees are equally distributed over the time of usage, but also ensures that our customers always profit from the newest developments regarding Groupion.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We support all payment methods accepted by PayPal: PayPal, Visa and MasterCard as well as direct debit.
Is there a cancellation period for Groupion?
Being a pay-as-you-go service, Groupion basically has no cancellation period whatsoever. You can cancel your subscription any time on a monthly basis. This means, in case you cancel your subscription you are only billed for the current outstanding month.
When and how am I charged for Groupion?
You will receive your invoice at the end of each month. The amount payable is based on the number of active users and the corresponding functionality. This way you only pay for what you actually use.
Do I also have to pay for read-only users?
No. You can create as many read-only users as you want. You only pay for users which are able to write data.
Can I get a trial for Groupion?
Yes. We basically offer a trial period of 30 days to test Groupion. If you do not want to continue using Groupion afterwards, your platform will automatically be deactivated and no costs will arise.
Do I also get a 30-day trial when I subscribe add-ons later on?
No. The 30-day trial only applies to new platforms.
Is there a limitation for traffic and storage?
By default all On-Demand platforms have an average limit of 500 MB storage and 500 MB for monthly traffic per user. But do not worry: Usually, we tolerate a is slightly overexceeded limit and we will not immediately bill you for that. However, in case you need a lot more storage and traffic, our sales team would be happy to provide you with an individual offer.
