after long discussions we have decided to close down our online forum for the time being. When we first created the Groupion online forum, our intention was to unburden our support team with answering the user's questions, as the forum should provide a platform for all users to learn from one another.

However, today we have to face the fact that the forum in its current state does not reach this goal and is – in fact – generating additional work and expenses for our service team. As it is our highest priority to realize our client's projects as fast as possible, our team was completely busy serving our customers. This way, we are not able to manage the support forum any longer.

We are going to launch a new support portal together with the upcoming update of our website, but we will no longer provide a public online forum.

Therefore we would like to ask customers and prospective users to ask their Groupion-specific questions directly to our support team. Just send an email to support@groupion.com.
